This door file requires expert setup. Once it is setup properly it is very easy to use. The doors are sent to the CNC from the Order tab in Mozaik.

The intended purpose is for 2 piece construction. Common configurations would be:

- 1/4" Beaded Frame with 1/4" Beaded Panel

- 3/8" Beaded Frame with 1/4" Beaded Panel

- 1" Square Frame with 1/4 or 3/8" Beaded Panel

Required Materials: Depending on the combination of bead sizes, 3/4-1" Frame and 3/8" to 5/8" MDF could be required. These thickness requirements are pretty flexible.

Required Tooling: 

1/8" Roundover

3/16" Roundover

1/8" Downshear (long cutting edge may be required)

3/8" or 7/16" or 1/2" Downshear

40MM PCD Pocketing Bit for clearing (Or other pocketing bit)
